Healthy Crepe recipe


We decided it was a breakfast for supper kind of night! And who doesn't LOVE crepes! 
Here is my 《Healthier》 Crepe recipe that was so delicious !!
1 cup almond milk

1 cup water
3 Tbsp coconut oil
2 cups whole wheat flour 
1/3 tsp sea salt
5 egg whites 


Wisk together eggs and flour while adding milk and water slowly to the mixture. Once smooth add in melted coconut oil and salt (I used my blender to get it really smooth) 

Lightly oil pan and add 1/4 cup mixture to the pan while tilting pan around to spread the crepe. 

Allow 1-2 mins to brown on one side then flip .

Top with vanilla Greek yogurt, your choice fruit and enjoy ♡♡
